you need to get out of the car and take pictures and spend some time on the composition and you will see better results

i like this set i take a lot of my pictures the same way as you...i just point and fire you get to no your camera and what it is doing so you do not have to take your eyes off the road but yes get out and take the shot if you can...well done so far
