Water Treatment Dam

It was a perfect saturday, and my family and I went off to visit a touristic place just close by my city, when we stumbled upon this water treatment dam.

This one filters out the big solid residues (such as PET bottles, tires, etc) off Tiete river, considered to be one of the most polluted river in Brazil, due to the fact it crosses the megalopolis São Paulo .
