This is a wash that's usually just dry and full of dusty brush. But it's been raining hard on and off today and it's turned it into a raging river :)

I'm on one side of it and you can see that guy over there is on the other, so it's a lot of rain water flowing through.

This is where we parked to check out the wash. To me, it looks like I photoshopped in the tree and grass. I haven't seen much grass here except in some business lots and cemetaries.

Our tree. There are only lights on it now. We put it in the living room because we figured if we put it in the front room we'd never get to enjoy it.
