Hi! I'm new to Photoblog. After seeing all the fabulous photos in this website, I have become interested in participating. I'm not a good photographer by any means; I don't bring my camera (Pentax Optio A20) with me wherever I go (although that may change with time), so most of the candid shots have been taken with my 2 megapixel mobile.
Update on June 17 2008: I have since acquired my husband's Canon EOS 20D SLR camera (because he got himself a new 40D SLR, ha ha!) and am enjoying using it, too. I don't do Photoshop, but it sure looks like a great editing tool. In the meantime, what you see in these posts are what I saw through the lens, and I hope you enjoy going through these.

Very interesting reportage, Tom. It's great to have such wonderful facilities in an educational establishment –– work the mind and work the body –– they both go together. Your community must be so proud of this. Best regards.
Football and track thats a big thing in this area!! We just got done hosting the Olympic Track trials here, wanted to take shots during the trials, but could not get an inch of that place because of security

Great capture, Kerfendal, wonderful B/W. I should imagine this was quite a lovely home when it wasn't neglected –– such a shame, isn't it? Man's handiwork ruined by man's neglect ...
It's more simple, this house is in a castle park, a little far from the castle, a private property and the owner has no enough money to rebuilt this little house, spending all what he has for the castle. thanks for your visits

Great shots, Laurent! I've never been successful with shooting stormy weathers (not that we get too many of that here) –– #9 is exceptional. Love the place in #2, can just imagine lounging there when the sun is up –– is this where you live? Many thanks for sharing this...
Many thanks for your sweet coms ! those shots are taken in an Hotel at 30 minutes of my house !

What lush vegetation you have, Walter. Great to be surrounded by such wonders of nature. Thank you for sharing this lovely post. Best regards.
Yes, you're right... I'm a very lucky person to be able to go to such places. I'm not rich of money, but I'm rich of nature! :-)
