I confess, I'm a Lo-Carb Monster addict. I have one at least 4 days a week. I hate coffee but need a pick-me-up in the morning because I have to be honest, starting work at 7am is STILL rough for me, even though it's been over two years that I've been doing it!

Also, here's a wedding picture of ours from a year and a day ago. One of my friends retouched it for me the other day and I love what she did with it, so I'm posting it here, even though neither the photography nor the retouching is my own work. :)
