1 whole pineapple

cut the top/bottom and sides off

remove the core
|
put everything into a blender/juicer or food processor
|
the result
|
add about 1/3 of a lemon for the juice
|
add at most 1/3 cup of sugar
|
Place it into an ice cream maker then freeze it. The result is this
