Mauna Loa Volcano. As close as we could get. Thats sulfur belching out and can to dangerours to fly into.

Hilo is lush and green. See stream top right.

Matt fought this for about 40 minutes. It is a 200 plus brassy shark. We thought we had a Marlin.

Note. Bright orange spot on right upper side. That is a skylight of hot lava.

Flew close to the Volcanos Core. This is outer crust.

Yes a green turtle. There are lots of these in Hawaii.

Boiling lava spilling into the ocean causing lots of steam.

Matt Saget, the "Shark Man". We let the Shark go, but we had lots of Aku for dinner that night. Lost a few really big fish.

Mentioned as one of the most handsome man in the Islands seen here sitting on his butt after a long swig of cold beer.

Small town on east coast of Big Island.

Lots of steam from lava pouring into sea. Margaret worked hard for this great photo.

Look at this picture of barren lava field and then lush picture of Hilo coming up next.

Great shot of Hilo with airport near top.
