I'm quite a big fan of cheese, it may be dull but cheddar and red leicester are tasty and versatile.
That is apart from blue cheeses. of which i'm certainly not a fan. This pot of Stilton has been in my parent's fridge since Christmas. I'd meant to photograph it the last time I was home, but I think there is actually more of it now... it is very nasty stuff.

i didn't like blue cheese for the longest time but actually like it now. Looks like it could have gotten considerably "bluer"
