Day 230: Golden Weekend

Well it has been an amazing weekend for Britain at the Olympics: Sailing, Rowing and Cycling all delivering several golds each backed up by more in swimming and more medals in the athletics.

On a different note, I also noticed some tyres dumped down a nearby street... which gave me a thought.

Yes, the tyres are to bright but anything else looked dull and lifeless, which wasn't *quite* what I was trying to display!

On another note, i've caught up with the actual date for the first time for months - thanks to everyone who has left comments, they are all appreciated and hopefully i'll have more time to spend looking over everybody else's great shots.
