The Project 365 isn't the only project that I have undertaken this year, I have also just completed a 16 week training programme (and not a moment too soon, the dark, cold, rainy nights are less appealing to go for a run than sunny summer nights).
Nothing particularly impressive, but I have managed to take over three and a half minutes off the time it takes me to run 1.5miles.
