One of the odd things about Crystal Cave is the fact that there are no actual "sparkly" crystals to be found..Alot of the formations look like dirty snow :)

They call this the alter..There have been a few weddings and a few baptisms performed at this formation. To each his own.....

It takes thousands of years to form all of these. Slowly from the minerals in the water that seeps down into the caves.

I never keep in mind, what is the difference betwee Stalakmiten & Stalaktiten ??? I will save your pics for my memory: Your last one is a Stalaktid And the first one a Stalakmit !! I hope - I will never forget it ... ;-)
