Before...

After...clearly this is not a good pic. I just got out of the shower. Oh well! LOL. The point is that I got about 2.5 inches off :)

Yeah! I was so happy to write down 4 miles for today!!! I'm up to 9 miles this week. And we have a bunch of races coming up!!!

June 26. Well today wasn't that exciting of a day either. I finally got my hair cut though and it feels so much better! Long hair in the summer isn't exactly fun!
After I got back, I went for a run, and actually ran 4 miles today. It's only the second time I've attempted it, and it went pretty good! So, I'm happy with myself. Ed took the day off from running. He didn't get home until after 1 in the morning the other day, and he had to be up bright and early again to work this morning, so needless to say, he's pretty exhausted!
After I got back, I took a shower, then we watched the NBA draft on tv...and the pistons picked some weird guys! One guy has narcolepsy (sp?)...where he falls asleep anywhere! What the heck? We questioned their picks! LOL

I like the photo, it is good. The hair looks nice also... Good luck on the upcoming races..
