Getting ready...

I hauled this thing upstairs yesterday to set my sewing machine on it. Now, I don't sew that often, but I had some things that needed fixing, and I hate hauling out the sewing machine everytime I need it...so the things had been piling up, and then I decided just to set it up permantly....maybe I'll get inspired :)

Okay, so I am still stuck in the childhood trance of being fascinated by the new kids on the block....get over it! Anyway, Their track lisitng came out today for their new cd that will come out Sept 2! So, I am totally buying it! And I can't wait until October, because we have tickets to see their show in Detroit!!!!!!!!!!

Just a little portion of what we bought to take camping this weekend....ugh, we always WAY OVER pack stuff, but it's all good! Looking forward to a fun weekend!

Also, just a little portion of what has to fit in the cavalier! I think after much consideration, we are leaving a lot of what we have at home. Last year, we borrowed Ed's sister's van, and still everything wouldn't fit....how do we have this much stuff for just two people? Things that have to fit in the cavalier:

1 tote for the tent
1 tote for dry food
1 cooler for food
1 cooler for drinks
1 bag for bathroom stuff
1 bag of clothes
1 bag of towels, extension cords, a mini fan, rope, plates, silverwear...etc
1 broom
1 fan
4 pillows
1 air matress
5 blankets
2 camp chairs
and a partridge in a pear tree

and....if we have room
1 table
1 grill
1 pop up shade covering

Good thing Ed is a mover and knows how to maximize space...we'd be screwed! haha!
