Ice Bath?

Breakfast...I wonder why I forgot to take a picture of the waffles...oh well, too late now...we had scrambled eggs and waffles...which only happens when Ed has the day off..usually Sundays...but today was a special day because he had the day off, so I made him waffles,eggs, and toast :)

A bucket full of ice...plus...

...a bath...equals, an ice bath...BRRRR...but it helps you recover faster...I'll do anything to not hurt the next day :)

August 19. Today we both ran our farthest distances to date!!!
I ran 6 miles tonight, and Ed doubled that and ran 12!!!! YIKES> After I got back, I took an ice bath which is what you are suppose to do...BRRRR....cold...but it felt good!
In Baby news..my Aunt Chris and Uncle Bill FINALLY had their baby tonight :) They had a baby girl...named, Maren Sophia...They got her first name, but combining my Uncle's two sisters (My mom, and Aunt)...first names...Marlene and Karen....pretty cool huh? Which led me to think of all the "M" names we have in my family...

wow! that is crazy... y'all are gonna run out of M names eventually! I don't think I could EVER take an ice bath!!! isn't that for like insane people?!! haha :D

*grins at all the "M" names in your family* I think it's a nice tradition. :) Considering it's just past 7am here and it's the middle of Winter, the ice bath doesn't seem all that appealing right now!!

Ice bath... brrrrrr could not do it hahaha don't care how much i would hurt the next day... I can't stand cold anything hahaha! kudos to you though!

That is a LOT of M's! I love the new baby's name though! :) But yeah, you're NUTS for taking an ice bath - eek!!

I thought it seemed like there were an awful lot of "M" names in your family at your family camping trip. =) And BRRR!!!! I don't think I could do it.

That's a lot of Ms in May! I've heard that ice baths are great for recovery, but yikes!
