The gauchos wielded their knives very quickly, sometimes causing the three of us "novices" to jump aside, allowing them room to carve.

Hey good set! It WAS fun! I checked out the drink online as soon as I got home... must make some time.... it's Caipirinha! (I got a good shot of Carmo and the knife wielder.)

Looks awesome! Heidi's not quite right ... we DO have a Brazillian steak house in Seattle that I've heard from multiple sources is fantastic! Looks like you guys had a great time!
