These phone/power lines seems like a random shot at best, however, it brings life-giving electricity and communication capabilities to the entire mountain-top community. Cell phones do not even sort of work up here.

They are still in search of coal. This mountain was first logged out then the top was blasted off in search of the little black carbon "gem."
