My daughter entered a coloring contest organised by one kindergarten operator in my neighborhood on saturday.

Around the place i live, kindergarten business seems pretty competitive and quite a number of operators have set up shops. To attract customers (parents), a number of them usually held an 'open day' with a few activities thrown in for the children.

This is one such event and since the contest is open for all, i let my daughter, who went to a different kindergarten, to enter. Seems most of the children around are actually from this own kindergarten (wearing red+white).

My daughter managed to get 3rd place in the 5-6 yrs old category and she was so proud. I don't personally expect her to win anything, just to get her involved is good enough. The prize? A bubble blower set, and she finished the bottle by 3.00 pm. To continue, she used the dishwash liquid from the kitchen next.
