Freeze Protection
2011.02.03
Here in Phoenix we get very few nights below freezing, but when we do we need to cover-up the flowers and fragile plants. Also wrap the water pipes so they don't freeze.

I know that feeling in Louisiana..we had to do that back in my childhood home..looks like you have a lot of little ghosts around :-)

I've done this, but only when we get an early cold snap, like in Sept., but after that they just go away until the spring! How different it would be to have plants growing year around.
