For the second one, I took about 10 shots in between 4 seconds and 1/2 second shutter time. The one you see seemed to turn out the best, and it was 1 second. There is extremely fast moving water off of the waterfall, so it gave the cool white effect on the bottom. When I processed it, I drove up the contrast to make it a little more dramatic. Also, I did a slight S-curve adjustment to add to the contrast. I hope this helps.
