This is where the canal's overflow spills back into the river. Behind the water is a just a little wall.

wow, great! lovely blurred straight lines from the waterfall. the semi opaque fall revealing the detail from behind is magnificent! I found the logs a little distracting on the top, in my humble opinion, would have preferred it cropped out. Great shot. Inspiring!

A fluffy-water curtain. I like the horizontal lines too. I guess you must have used a tripod for this. Got my first successful fluffy water shots; will post soon.
