The Weigh Station

2007.06.07

I really don't know what purpose this room once served, but there is an enormous scale in it so I named it the weigh station. I changed a few things from my workshop posting, so let me know what you think.

ShangriLa So are you planning an exhibition of these pictures?
How big can you blow them up without significant loss of image quality?
If you were using a medium format camera, (you could hire one) or a large format, you could have mural sized pics and they would look amazing. Is such a thing possible or on you agenda?

MidsummerSilence i love this series. the colors in here are great and somewhat muted which is fantastic and fits perfectly. what a disheveled room - hard to ever imagine it with a purpose! nice job coining it as the weigh station!

deleted090307 I agree with the other comments - these shots NEED to be displayed somewhere.

vollenda I think it has a slightly more "real" feel to it than the others. But a heightened sense of reality. It has amazing detail and color in it. Will we all be invited to the opening?

OC110481 everything messy and old, but your edit make image looks really smooth and soft. Great job as always
