The view from my treadmill

I'm up at the crack of dawn most mornings - either on my treadmill or bouncing around to an exercise DVD. I usually walk (very fast) 5 miles 5 or 6 times a week, and although I'm really not any thinner (I also love mashed potatoes and gravy), I feel better.
