This bridge was the site of a horrific accident last summer (3 people died), and it was subsequently closed due to structural damage. A temporary bridge has been constructed to allow thru-traffic until a more permanent one can be built. I travel this way at least twice a month and while the scenery is beautiful, this bridge reminds me to never take one moment for granted.
