Yesterday, on our way to Laramie to watch the University of Wyoming cowgirls take on San Diego State in basketball, we ran into a little weather. Certainly not uncommon in Wyoming, but it accented the Ferris Mountains in Carbon County beautifully.

I've taken some time off from Photoblog, after promising myself that I would post one photo a day for a year (and I DID - with the exception of that one week in March when I had the flu...). I'm taking a class through the University, so my time might be a little short until May, but I'm going to try to post more often!

What a fantastic photo to return with. Beautiful light, compositon, colours ... everything! I'm with Aknor, any photos you post are very welcome but only at your leisure. (I think photoblog addiction could become a problem for some. Bit worried about myself actually.)

Stunning. You've captured the grandeur and awesome quality of these mountains. Your photos were missed—glad you're back to posting whenever you have the time. I agree with roba—photoblog can be addictive. I also posted for a year and then cut back to about twice a week. That seems to be working out.
