This is where the remodel begins. The cabinets arrived on Friday, December 29, 2006, and are anxiously waiting for Ross to come from New Jersey and inspect them (as only he can do). First there's the demolition (and much gnashing of teeth), then the new floor (followed by loud cheering), THEN the cabinet install, then the measuring for the countertop, then the countertop install, then...happiness - new kitchen! I believe I want to sleep through January and wake up when it's over. Plus, my car is freakin' freezing in the morning when it's not in the garage overnight!
