This chandelier is original to the
Carnegie Library in my town. The entire original library is now used as a meeting room, and it and its adornments (the chandelier, the tin ceiling, the Albert Bierstadt painting, etc.) are cherished by the local citizenry. Construction cost a century ago: $15,000. Value today: priceless.
