What a great-sorroful contradiction is this!!!! Behind, green hills, which are generous spectacles of nature and just in front of them, a natural tragedy and also a human tragedy. This should be the outcome of stupid municipal awkardness and insufficient local administration. When they are insufficient, they are being part of the problem, not the part of the solution.
