Went over to some friends house and my wife made some Grasshopper Pie, turned out really well!! Here is the recipe for the pie............................

"Grasshopper Pie"
......Ingredients......
1 (9 inch) chocolate pie crust
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding (can be sugar free)
1/4 cup crème de menthe
2 cups whipped topping
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
Green food coloring, a drop or two-optional

..........Directions............
With a hand mixer beat milk, pudding mix, crème de menthe, and optional food coloring until smooth and thick. Fold in whipped topping and crushed Oreos. Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours.
