I live around a unique natural area wildlife and natural systems
|
I am within walking distance of the area called The Delta Ponds a place for wildlife
|
The is the Panoramic view of the town I live in
|
We are alson a college town.......The University of Oregon, The Fighting Ducks
|
Another part of the Willamette River
|
The Dome is the Cuthbert Amphitheater, and its surrounded by Alton Baker Park
|
One of the last Surviving grain mill, still in operation
|
West side of butte and west side town

Spencer Butte and Downtown

Has hiking trails all over the butte, plus you can drive to the top

I like University towns, they tend to offer something unique in town living. It looks like a beautiful place, love the water.

WOW a grain mill in the middle of a town?? Cool!! You live by a wildlife refuge that is way cool too. So what kind of wildlife do you see?? Looks like you have awesome places to hike!!
