It Sweeps Me Away

I work in this field almost every Sunday. Although the work is laborious, it becomes a pleasure just to be in this field when evening rolls around. Near twilight, a gentle breeze sweeps through the field and bends the grass to caress my face. It always captures my attention and I cease to work, allowing the smell and touch of the wind to lead my spirit and thoughts into another world. Though I return to the task at hand, I relish those few moments of escape.

Sometimes, I can't stand being out in that field. But, sometimes... sometimes it's so wonderful.
