My good friend Debby lost her mom and best friend, Reta, a year ago Labor Day to ALS. Reta loved beautiful shoes, and unfortunately, she was no longer able to wear her beautiful shoes as she fought this horrible disease.

Debby wanted to honor her mother by buying some fabulous new shoes in her memory. These are my favorite shoes. I've had them for a long time, but have only worn them twice. I bought them to go with a formal dress to wear to a holiday party, but have not had the occasion to wear them since.

In Reta's honor, these shoes will be my chosen footwear today. :)
