ya , u r right . it`s traditional mongolian tea with milk and salt , we drink it every day when we r at home , it`s really a nice drink !!!!

to nelson -- this really nice drink is the only mongolian dish that i prefer to miss. it has a strange taste. in external mongolia they also like dried milk cream, tart and hard like a stone, hehe. but everything of those two dishes make mongolia so exotic for me.
