I love these plants. i think they may be fennel, but they may also be yarrow. The have the most beautiful branching pattern. In the silhouettes they look like stalks of fans. They're symmetrical, but imperfectly so, and the smaller branches of blossoms echo the shapes of the larger clusters. They've got a nice rhythm. I want to plant some in my garden, when I have a garden.
