Why I Think Islamic Republic (Iran)'s Main Goal is Nuclear Bombs & Will Use Them
I posted the following in the Enduring America's comment section in response to criticism of a a New York Times article and wanted to share with everyone
Islamic Republic’s main nuclear goal is having bombs for the following reasons:
1- take a look at Iran’s oil fields in Khark, Queshm, Lavan, Khosestan, Boshehr, etc. Pay attention to the huge torches of fire near oil fields, that’s natural gas enough to produce electricity equal to 4 Booshehr nuclear plants burned 24-7-365. With less than 5% of the expense & challenge of building a nuclear plant, all that energy can be used to produce free electricty permanently w/o the heavy expense of maintaining nuke plants, enrichment, waste disposal and handling & so on!!
2- Iran’s electricity doeant have the power grid capacity to handle the any electricty production above current level. Did you know that most Iran’s neighbors including Turkey, Pakistan & Afghanistan buy electricity from Iran & Iran’s main peoblem that causes constent power outage is because of the lack of electrical DELIVERY capacity, NOT production. the fact that most (over 90%) of Iran’s high voltage power grits were built before the revolution when th country’s population was 1/2 of now, urban population 1/3 of current & electric consumptions 1/5 of current level. That means even if Iran produces more electricity 1st of all there is no use for it and 2nd not capable of delivering it.
3- economical reasons: in a country that all the oil revenue is used for military spending, funneled to the Hizbullah, Hamas & other terrorist organizations and the rest of the $$ stolen from the nation, laundered and invested in private firms, real estate or blackout bank accounts in Swiss, China, Dubai, India, Cananada, England, Germany and so on, while the majority of popultion that relies private sector which relies mainly on non-oil industries and businesses are suffering. Do you think they even care about Iran’s national interest? If they really care, at least they would’ve invested the money they steal from the nation inside the country to help generate the economy! IRI the opposite of its name, is not a republic, people do not have any vice & the parliamnet members are just a bunch of pre-selected dummies & have no power or authrity of their own.
4- if IRI really had peaceful intentions, it would’ve allowed the inspectors to inspect all the sites, acted transparently & followed international regulations.
5- IRI has all the reasons and intentions to want nuclear weapons, from the Islamo-suicidal Mahdavi ideology Ahmadinejad, Khamenei & most their crew are based on to their proven record of terrorism, terrorist support, proxy wars they’ve fought, funding, funding & arming the most violent terrorist organizations, undermining the development of democracy in Iraq & Afghanistan, publically & officially calling for the destruction of Israel while chanting death to US and Israel since the day IRI was established and so on
6- If IRI decides to minimize the risk of involvement while carring nuclear attacks on Israel or other targets, nuke warheads & rocket parts can be transfered by airplanes owned by the IRGC & never inspected neither in Syria, Dubai nor Iran or smuggled through a combination of sea and landsm crossed from the Syrian boders, assmbled in a gurage within few miles of Israeli border & shot w/o giving the Israelis a chance to use anti-air missel system. One single nuclear rockett exploded in the air is enough to cause very serious destruction and guess what, IR can’t be directly blamed.
Don’t think America is so far away from IRI’s hands, Chavez allowed the Lebanese Hezbollah members to freely organize training camps, muques, etc. they are given so much power and freedom in Venezuela that the head of immigration minstry in Venezuellas was appointed by Cavez a Hezbollah Lebanese member so he can freely authorize any Hezbollah entry!!!
Also Ahmadinejad and Chavez had a plan of a Nuclear village & there are several secret industrial developments deep in the jungles & mountains are built in Venezuella by IRGC (possibilty of being nuclear sites) now imagine if IR posesses the warheads, they can be shipped to Venezuellay, there the Lebanese Hezbollah board them on fishing ship & explode near American sea shores. So not only Israel, but also America will be in danger.
Since IRI & Europe had godd relationships over the sweet deals IRI has been giving them such as oil & mineral explorations & filling their museums with priceless looted ancient Iranian artifacts, we haven’t considered a potential nuclear attack on Europe. Don’t you remeber the train bombing in Spain and other terrorist bombings in Europe, also how a cartoon was about start a world war III? Of course Iran didn’t have nothing to do w/them, but time will change and IRI may secretly arm other terrorists to carryout the attacks.
as an Iranian, I am 100% certain that the IRI has the intention to produce nuclear weapons
Most ppl don’t have any logical understanding of how the Iranian regime functions, Iran does not have a leadership centered around a single individual, but instead it is ran by a mafia. Iran’s parliament, supreme court, constirution, even supreme leadership & president are all a show case to give the IR the appearence of a modern government. They don’t even follow their own stone age constitution, regime pretends to be Islamic while the toppest Islamic figures in the country are jailed, exiled or silenced. Undreds of tonns of weaponry safely make their way from Iran to Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq & Afghanistan. Iran’s leadership, economy, military, politics, drug trade, etc are all devided between 2 mafias always in competition with one another, the IRGC all the smaller famillies it’s made of & Rafsanjani & partners.
Khmenei himself acts based on others decisions because he needs them for protection.
IRGC the mafia in control of the entire security of iran, up to 75% of GDP, airport, border, nationa, intel, naval, domestic, cyber security, owns its own airlines & the airlines (Aseman Air is 100% owned by IRGC & major shares in all other airlines) are only inspeted by IRGC staff.

Ah nice kitchen-sink speech/screed “Cyrus”….. and which MEK/FDD script did you find this speech on? You say you’re “Iranian.” And what would you say to the commonly heard expression, across the political divides inside Iran, that nuclear energy is Iran’s right? (quite separate from weapons) How would you explain the Shah’s nuclear program? If you really were iranian, you’d understand the nationalist implications of seeking nuclear energy.
And my response:
I don’t follow any political group or ideology, but support whover stands for secular democracy
There was a second part that EA took as error and didn’t submit, too
I have never denied Iran’s right to nuclear energy, but let me ask you someting, when you are staving and only have $10, would you buy food or new shoes? That’s the case w/ Iran. If IR really cared about the country & people, it would fix the economy, create jobs, etc. Not to cut all the subcidies, starve ppl to death, while its IRGC importing heroing, cocain, crystal mat, chinese junk by the oil $$ just to destory the small businesses and Iran’s industries and waste generations.
Shah was a responsible person and committed to all International laws, treaties and regulations, never threatened any other countries, he was a peace keeper and peace lover, if it wansn’s because of Shah communism would’ve took over one half of Iran and Terrorism over the other half of Iran and the rest of Middle East 50 years ago while IRI is the #1 sponsorer of terrorism in the world and the inventor of Islamic terrorism.
When Shah planned to build 10 nuclear plants in 15 years(fortunately IR hasn’t finished 1 yet!), first of all Iran’s economy had double digit growth & had plenty of surplus w/other countries to finance the projects (now double digit infilation eversince IRI took over) 2nd his vision was to save oil for future generations by cutting Iran’s own consumption as fuel (now IRI is firesaleing oil field contracts to Chinese & Europeans, when shah was overthrown, only less that 5% Iran’s oil was sold, now 45% and in 50 years or less Iran may be empty of oil) he understood that the petrochemical value of oil was far more than its fuel value. His goal was to use the electricity for heating, cooking, farming, transportation, etc. He had a modern futuristic green vision. He also wet the plan for underground metro syatem for all major cities in Iran to be completed 20 years go, IR just completed 1/6 of one of them just recently and to use electricty to water all Iran’s deserts & transform them into forests and farmland eliminating Iran’s food problems forever. If he stayed in power and followed his goals, by now Iran would’ve been the world’s 4th or 5th largest economy & industrial nation, 5th or 4th world superpower, 2nd or 3rd in nuke energy.
Shah's speech in Persian about his concerns regarding Iran's oil and the reason why the west supported Khomeini to overthrow Shah: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGhbG57_tMk&feature=related
This proves us all that IR’s wishes of having nukes is not for the people since they haven’t done anything for the people since the took over, but for IR’s leadership’s own dangerous and dirty use. Yes if they allow inspectors to oversee their operations like any other country does, then there is nothing wrong, but since they hide& lie, there is no way they can be trusted.
And if they get their hands on nuke weapons, they will have their Hamas Hezbollah boys to use them & Iran may be bombed & destroyed in return.

Thank you, Cyrus, for your long comment on the IRI.
Though I do not agree with all of your opinions (e.g. the IRI has done something for the country, but obviously not enough), there are too many right points, unfortunately ignored by Western media.
As to 1) the situation on Iran’s oil fields is even worse, because due to insufficient and completely outdated technology, most of the gas deposits are exploited by neighbouring countries. Not my opinion, but published by Khabar Online recently.
Point 3) is taken with the above-mentioned reservation.
I also agree with points 4) and 5), as they are evident – or should be at least.
As to the following, your ideas seem rather hypothetical to me. Circulating explosive material is certainly not as easy as you imagine – there are too many intelligence services operating in the area, watching closely the IRGC’s and its cronies’ moves. Just think of the recent assassination of the Hamas commander in Dubai, perhaps for one of these reasons…
In any case I find it most dangerous that some Western media try to belittle AN’s constant threats against Israel. Historical experience, especially in Germany, should put them right.

With 100’s of billion dollars in oil revenue a year (according to an IR source, the total annual oil revenue from oils sales only aside from exploration rights sold to other countries is nearly $350 billion a year at $70/BBL) , of course they have to spend some of the money for development to keep the people’s mouths shot.
and oil field situation is absolutely a lot worse than what I said, according to an IRI expert, from 43 oil fields shared with Iran’s neighbors, only 8 of them are being used at low capacity while the neighbors are using most of them at high capacity. http://www.dw-world.com/dw/article/0,,5312352,00.html
That’s when IRI only takes out the revenue and fails to even maintain the existing infrastructure putting more of its oil fields off-line.
Anyway, that is not my concern because if the oil revenue is going to be used to finance IRI’s oppressive machine and fund terrorists, better not having any oil revenue at all.
I still think oil sanctions will be the most effective way to take out the IRI regime.
About the nuclear transportations to Hezbollah and other terrorist groups, if Iran has transported thousands of missals to its proxies in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine, it will sure be able to transport few hundred pound nuke warheads and long range rocket parts to them and have them assemble right before the attack.
Just remember this, the goal of radical Islamic regimes like Islamic Republic is the establishment of a global Islamic Empire, the promise given in Koran and all Muslims regardless of being Sunni or Shia believe that Islam should dominate the world, the whole will convert to Islam one day and all the rest deserve to be killed for being infidels.
The first step is bringing down the biggest un-Islamic empires, the United States along with Europe, by terrorism, Jihad (war), destroying their economy, infiltrating their governments or any other way they could and then they'll move to the rest of the world, including China, India and Russia.
To them the Christians and the Jews are considered as "the people of the book" and are one level above all other non-Muslims, but still since the message of Mohammad is delivered to them and did not except, Muslims have the right to kill for the benefit of Islam, but all the rest of non-Muslims, including atheists Buddhists, Zoroastrians, Sikhs, etc are considered much unholier than the rest.
Dying for that goal, even if it means a world war and cost the lives of millions of Muslims, is a religious duty of any Muslims, the victims will be considered as martyrs. Now imagine what would a sick minded fanatical regime that sent tens of thousands of children to war zones for mine field clearing purposes during Iraq-Iran war, do to the world and its own people if gets armed with nuclear weapons.
Only regime change and a secular democratic Iran would remove that global threat permanently. The world should support the Iranian people and pressure the Islamic Republic in favor of the Iranian people. Islamic Republic finances its oppressive system as well as all Islamic terrorist networks worldwide, finances various lobby groups and buys UN votes through bribing and giving away the Iranian people's resources and the country's wealth. Oil sanctions will be the best way to weaken the Islamic Republic and slow down the expansion of terrorist groups around the world.
