On my way to work this morning I noticed in certain part of the sky there was a small rainbow. Once I got to work I received a text from my brother's girlfriend saying OMG there is a rainbow outside! I tell her, I know I saw a small part of it on my way in. She's like you have to go look, it's a million dollar shot! I think we are so accustomed to a rainbow being associated with rain and there was no rain. The irony is that I saw a similar circle about a month or so ago around the moon, but I couldn't capture that one on camera at all.

OHHH MYYYY GOSSSHH!!! I SAW THIS THIS MORNING TOO!! AT 8:53!! i wanted to take a picture,but trees blocked it in my work parking lot and i didn't see the entire circle!!!!
