The "carrelet" is a square net of a surface of some square meters stretched out on a flat armature and lowered horizontally by means of a winch since a pontoon which juts out offshore and on which is generally built a shelter, even a small housing. After waiting for some minutes, until the water become cloudy by the descent is cleared, the net is raised back up rather quickly, imprisoning fishes which were between him and the surface.
