SET DESIGN: Ropes
PERFORMERS: 2 dancers

Two dancers climb ladders in order to strap themselves to ropes which spiral down from two trees. Then, slowly, they walk around the trees – bodies hanging out in space, parallel to the floor. Each winds down a tree until his head nearly touches the floor. The lower they get, the heavier they seem.

The forest version of the suspended dancing on the vertical facade of the building. I thought first they were just mannequins in an art installation because the picture misses movement , but dancers is way cool...I wish I could have seen it. ...Hm, I wonder if on Youtube....? redro · 2010-11-16: 09:53
