#212 The spirit

Sit in silence, don't moving, in the forest or in the meadow... and wait.
Breathe slowly, be patient... they will come.

Try to feel one with nature. You're just a piece in a big board, but not the king. If you understand this, if you feel you're part of the big plan, then the spirit will show to you.

The spirit is everywhere. In the trees, when the wind blows and moves the leafs... In the birds that look at you with curiosity... In the grass where you're seated, even in the clouds that pass by.

But the best way to see the spirit, is to pay attention to the smallest things. When a cricket uses his antennas to find his way; when a bee falls sleep on a flower bed; when a butterfly moves his wings slowly, to capture some sunbeam... Here there is the spirit.
