09-26-09: Guadalupe, Makati City, Philippines, Typhoon Ketsana locally known as "Bagyong Ondoy" first hit the Philippine land early morning. Heavy Traffic was caused by the typhoon. Few of the residents were outside their flooded homes while many of the commuters were stuck on the road the whole day.
