It doesn't look like you lack inspiration by the photo. I'm close to 800 days and when I need inspiration, what sometimes works, is to browse all over photoblog and look at the photos of people who are posting but are not in my friends list. I also look at National Geographic, Canadian Wildlife and National Wildlife websites. sometimes that gives me a shot in the arm, other times it doesn't.
