On Lilies and Dragonflies...

...Daylilies really only last one day & the flowers are edible. I've never tried them in any kind recipe nor do I care to unless I'm starving. I think dragonflies are almost magical creatures with their beautiful and elegant shade of shimmery blue. And I rarely remember the difference between oriental and asiatic lilies - I don't need to remember; no one ever asks - they just remark "how beautiful".

I love lilies and your photos have really shown off their jewel like beauty. I also love dragonflies with their irridescence.

great pictures, especially like the dragonfly. I would try eating a daylilly - plants I don't mind trying but things like insects and meat I consider weird i won't put near my mouth : )
