yum yum- fries sound really good! I am Irish, and I love potatoes. ( I also have a bad temper, how cliche! ) I love seeing all of the vegetables you grow!! They're not so plentious around these parts because of the sandy soil and dry weather- Next time I go through Iowa I know exactly what exit to get off at. . . uh, you ARE going to make fries, right? R
