I am trying six different varieties this year. I made these fancy signs to mark the different varieties. Hopefully after harvest I will be able to figure out which one I like best.

Separate each bulb into cloves, dig holes for each clove six inches deep, plop a clove in and you're done after about 2 hours.

Your garden must be enormous. They are selling the elephant garlic at a farm stand near here and they do look quite photogenic.
