I grow up and I stopped those little ‘’games’’ and I don’t smoke even 1 per year. Now with 16 years old, I know that smoke is not an option to run away of stress, just a way to make your grave.
Nobody can say ‘’ I can’t quit smoke’’, because yes you can! You’re an adult and you can if you want! My uncle smoked since his 15, and he gave up smoke about 1 year. He’s 28 now, and he’s healthy… his problems in breath disappeared and also he is now more healthy. My late Grandfather, smoked from his 10 to his 70 years old. Since he got an AVC, he had to stop smoking or he would die. If he smokes just a cigarette he would die. Tell me, he was about more than his half life smoking, and he could stop, even if it was really hard. So why others can’t do it?
Be Brave, and stop smoking.

I would like to send you a big kiss for making this entry. I have never smoked, not even once. And I'm lucky because my husband doesn't smoke either. But my grandfather smoked until he was 50 years, when he was diagnosed with emphysema, a small hole in the lung that makes it not work and he can breathe only with the other. He never smoked more. I think that affected me enough to want to even try. I try not to hurt my body in any way. But I love sweets and cocacola ;o) ????? · 2009-02-25: 12:55

i always think about smoke when im smoking and my thoughts are 1. the human has to try everything, apart from folk dances. smoking is perfect for trying too. if u ever have not smoked, do not say that it is bad 2. both tobacoo and antitabacco companies are great liars 3. passive smoking doesnt kill 4. to do something much is always bad 5.
