Coccinella septempunctata aka seven-spot ladybug

I got really wondering when I saw Kozuka's post where he showed a Ladybug.
I must confess I didn't know it would be possible to find a ladybug in autumn, because is getting too cold.
But guess what? I found my own ladybug yesterday on my walk, and I got these fast shots, because I was in hurry! I hope next year i'll take better shots of it, but for now these were the results! Never say never! Life can impress us at any moment!

Ladybugs look for warm places to hibernate for the winter. Perhaps you may find them around the windows. They appear dead but come back to life in the spring. ArtBee · 2010-11-26: 08:20
