Minsk Sea is a large artificial lake in 10 kilometers from Minsk. It was made in the mid of the last century in the territory of flood plain of two rivers and soon it became a popular place for swimming, boating and yachting. Nowadays, a half of the territory around the sea is occupied with hotels, rooming houses and children camps. The other side is covered with woods. It is a popular place for picnics. Attractions: sandy beaches, mineral water sources and baths, golf and tennis clubs, boating and yachting, horse riding and paraglading.
