Braslau is a small town in the north-west of Belarus not far from the borders with Lithuania and Latvia. Braslau was founded by the Vikings in the 11th century, but most historical treasures have been lost. It is situated in the so called Country of Lakes and the lakes are the main treasure of it. There are 250 lakes around the town and 5 lakes inside it.
