What can you say about a day that starts with a goose standing on the corner? Not moving, just making an occasional loud honk. Well, I'll tell you the whole neighborhood was discussing the matter and considering what to do next.

Finally he/or she decided enough is enough and calmly walked on up the road. Just walked away with measured, even steps. And never looked back...........not once!

I wonder if he/she was injured. Curious that it was alone (I thought the were in pairs usually). Did you ever see it fly? Hum? I would have been right out there with everyone else speculating. Thanks for sharing. xobean
