Actually the creek is a whole world of life. Insects, birds, frogs, ducks, mink...MINK? Yes, I inadvertently caught this mink in the same vicinity as the ducks. You will have to enlarge this and it's very poor quality but you can see the dark form on the sandy shore very near the ducks. One wonders what else goes on.

I dream of being in this type of setting constantly. I might be a city girl, but I'm always dreaming of the country (minks included! ok, not really, I don't think I've ever seen one). Great shots! :)
