Our tradition is to line up at the beginning and take a group photo-- so we know how many we left with and make sure we bring that many back :)

Our mascot Lulu was back with us... she jumps from kayak to kayak now...and hops right back in the boat when told...

Egret and heron
|
|
Southern Maryland Paddlers went on a group paddle trip yesterday. Lots of birds-- though none were cooperating with letting me get close yesterday. Saw eagles, herons, egret, swans, canadian geese, hawks, kingfisher, red wing black birds.

Wow. Beautiful shots of a great looking paddle. We were, similarly, paddling too, although you saw a greater variety of wildlife. The stream in 10 through 20 looks very inviting.
